and Conditions
Acceptance
of our terms and conditions is agreed upon when any product is accepted from
Online Electric Supply LLC. Changes of these terms by anyone other than Manager
Members of Online Electric Supply LLC are not valid. All orders must be placed before 2:00 pm EST to be considered
for same day shipping. If the order is placed after this time it will be considered
a next day order.
Online Electric Supply LLC will inspect all orders before they are sent to the
chosen shipping company. If damages occur during the shipping process it will
be of the customer's responsibility to contact the delivery Carrier. Online
Electric Supply LLC's responsibility ceases once signed for by the carrier.
It is the customer's responsibility to examine all products received from Online
Electric Supply LLC for damage (Visible or Concealed), and the Online Electric
Supply LLC will not be responsible for damages done by the carrier, but we will
assist you in your claims with the carrier.
To
return a defective item you must obtain a return authorization by calling Online
Electric Supply LLC. If parts of the order are missing we will repair the defective
item and return it you. If items are returned for reasons other than defective
you will be subject to a restocking fee. All returns must be shipped prepaid
to Online Electric Supply LLC. No cod shipments will be accepted. If a product
is special ordered by you on your request those products are not refundable
and are not subject to our warranty.
All
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Mistakes made by Online
Electric Supply LLC on advertised pricing may not be honored. If our products
are not approved by any of your local or state laws we will not be held responsible.
Online Electric Supply LLC warrants its products for one year from the shipping
date. This includes all items that are not light bulbs or lamps. We will not
warranty any item that has been altered by anyone outside of Online Electric
Supply LLC. We also will not warranty products that we feel have been misused
or abused. Online Electric Supply LLC will not be responsible for any costs
outside of replacing the item. This includes removal and installation of any
product and consequential damages that may arise from these products.
